The application will allow users to upload images and texts to make their workouts. The user must have the necessary rights for use in this service.

The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the contents and services and NOT to use them to:

  • (i) to engage in illegal activities, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order;

  • (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, terrorist apology or human rights violation;

  • (x) lease, rent, sell, license, assign or transfer your rights to use the Software.

  • (xi) Use of Software for operations not initiated by a particular user (for example, automated server processing).

  • (xii) interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, or connect to or use the Service in any way not expressly authorized by these Terms and Conditions of Service.

  • (xiii) use any unauthorized third party software that accesses, intercepts, mines or otherwise collects information from or through the Service or is in transit from or to the Service , Including, but not limited to, software that reads areas of RAM or network traffic flows used by the Service to store customer information.
